Raspberry Beet Smoothie Soaked Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup nut milk of choice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
1/4 cup grated beets
1 tsp maca
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup nut milk of choice
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tsp organic maple syrup
1/2 cup blueberries
How Its Made:
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth
How Its Made:
1. Combine the oats, water, lemon juice and nut milk in a bowl.
Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, add the remaining ingredients, stir and enjoy.
